I've always been fascinated by the spaces in between. Between creativity and commerce. Between technology and humanity. Between potential and opportunity.
My journey hasn't been linear, and I wouldn't want it any other way. I started out as a singer-songwriter and performer, learning first-hand what it takes to build an audience and hold a room. That same instinct for connection took me into media, technology, education and government, where I unlocked deeper levels of creativity: bringing unlikely people and ideas together to build the partnerships and structures that move things forward.
My strategic approach to business, combined with my instinct for creativity, has led me to build a successful partner ecosystem spanning Microsoft, Meta, PwC, OpenAI and more. Across government and education, I've led national digital skills programmes reaching over a million learners and secured £7M+ in funding for workforce development and artificial intelligence initiatives, boosting local and national economic growth and productivity at scale.
Throughout my career I've convened boards, led advisory and steering groups, and established governance frameworks. I trained in corporate governance through the Effective Board Member programme delivered by Karl George. Today I advise on inclusion within UK AI and data, support the Black Voices in AI initiative to inform policy and research at a grassroots level, and am a proud member of the Birmingham Lunar Society.
I bring strategic and systems thinking, creative insight, and genuine experience on both sides of the camera. I'm especially drawn to boards thinking hard about how to stay culturally relevant, commercially sound and socially useful, all at once.
